Born after Agile2008, TastyCupcakes curates games, simulations, and activities that help teams discover better ways of working.
Started by practitioners Michael McCullough and Don McGreal, the project began as a simple place to share game formats used in training and consulting. It quickly grew into a global repository of contributions from coaches, trainers, teachers, and curious teams.
The mission is simple: make learning engaging, inclusive, and sticky. We publish concise, ready-to-run instructions with tips for facilitation, remote variants, and debriefs — so you can focus on your participants.
To ensure longevity, many classics are also mirrored on AgileAlliance.org. Here, we continue to experiment, remix, and translate games while preserving author attribution and intent.
